The estimated delivery window for each pre-order item is located on its product page. When purchasing an item available for pre-order, you will be charged immediately.

Kye Intimates will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days of delivery of the item(s). We are unable to accomodate international returns at this time.
To request an exchange, please contact email@example.com. Any exchanges after 7 calendar days of delivery of the item(s) will not be accepted. The item(s) must have not been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must remain in its original packaging.
For sanitation reasons all garments must be tried on over your underwear. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if it does not meet our standards for exchange. Due to limited runs, we will, in our sole discretion, refund the original purchased amount if we are unable to fulfill an exchange request. We will notify you in such cases via email. Shipping costs will not be refunded or reimbursed.
You will be responsible for the costs associated with shipping back to us the items you wish to exchange. Please consider sending these items using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return package. Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
